A testing update to your systems took place on Friday 20th February in order to
allow your system to run the
new state of the art Office
2007 tests and
assessments. In addition it will enable you to run the new e-type test package
with enhanced accessibility features. |

For the Office 2007 test and assessment package, you now need to contact your
Account Manager or Activ Support Team and they will arrange for your test
package to be added to your testing database.
Once the Office 2007 package is added to your database, Modules 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and
7 will be available to you immediately with Module 5 being automatically added a
few weeks later. A Windows Vista version of Module 2 is expected in April 2009
(the current Module 2 is Windows XP based).
We know that these test packages will be welcomed by you all, and we apologise
for the delay in getting these to you.

If you are running or are interested in running e-type you will be
pleased to hear that the e-type test and assessment package has been
updated to include a variety of accessibility features. |
Details of these e-type features are covered in another article in this issue.
Please note that you do not
need to contact us in order to run the updated e-type tests if you are
running this certification already. Your existing test package will have been
updated automatically.
