New ECDL Courseware
and Testing Software Developments at Activ

At Activ, we are totally committed to developing new courseware and testing software to meet the demands of new syllabi, and of new application software releases such as Office 2007.  We are currently undertaking new developments, and we would like to take the opportunity to update you with some of our intentions so you can plan ahead with confidence.

The BCS recently announced that the release of the new ECDL Syllabus 5, originally expected to be launched in September of this year, has been postponed to September 2009.

Our Syllabus 5 courseware and testing products will be ready for the UK market in line with the BCS Syllabus 5 launch date.

Development is currently underway for a Syllabus 4.5 version of the Microsoft Office 2007 / Vista based ECDL Training and Testing products for UK provision.  These will be available later in the year.

To cater for our International market, we will also be releasing a Syllabus 4 and Syllabus 5 version of the above products later this year.  In addition, we will be producing a Syllabus 5 International version of Office XP and Office 2003 based ECDL training and testing for release later this year.
