Support: When necessary, we act as the Client’s
intermediary with the BCS, and advise on every aspect of
BCS Qualifications.
Test
Centre Manuals: We have produced a set of fully featured
Test Centre Manuals for the Invigilator(s) and Test Centre
Manager, covering every aspect of running their Test Centre
and operating our software. This underpins the earlier
Training Session and provides an ongoing reference guide.
Electronic
Logbooks: We are experts in the implementation
of electronic logbooks and the surrounding processes.
Electronic
logbooks are attractive to large organisations attempting
to minimise the administrative burden associated with the
physical alternative. Our system works equally well with
electronic or physical logbooks and we offer impartial
advice on the benefits of both approaches. Please note
that the use of Electronic Logbooks is entirely at the
discretion of the BCS, and is not offered unless the
benefits warrant it.
Bespoke
System Reporting: ActivTest includes a powerful
standard reporting system. Our Clients often
request
help to determine which reports best suit them, and alternative forms of report to meet their management information
requirements can be generated by our data managers. We can usually provide clients with
reports to meet most management and audit requirements.
